Allison has a diverse background as a businesswoman, which has allowed her to hone key skills that she brings to Goulter & Associates. She is highly experienced in bringing together clients, government agencies, private sector groups, and other stakeholders with a view to achieving meaningful outcomes. Allison possesses particular competencies in mediation, negotiation and other forms of dispute-resolution.
Michelle's 40 year career spans public relations, advertising, politics, government and private sector consultancy. A former President of the NZ National Party, she has extensive networks in New Zealand's business and political communities and is frequently called upon to give advice to both New Zealand-based and international companies and organisations wishing to influence decision making processes within central and local government.
TĀ (SIR) MARK SOLOMON (Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Kurī)
Tā Mark Solomon is committed to the betterment of his iwi, kotahitanga for Māori and the wider well-being of people and the environment. He is a strong advocate for the Māori economy and was instrumental in setting up the Iwi Chairs Forum (2005). He was the elected Kaiwhakahaere (Chair) of Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu from 1998 to December 2016 and represented his local Papatipu Rūnanga, Te Rūnanga o Kaikōura from 1995 to December 2016.
The Honourable Dame Tariana Turia, DNZM
Former Māori Party co-leader Dame Tariana Turia of Ngati Apa, Nga Wairiki, Nga Rauru, Tuwharetoa, and Whanganui has been a champion of rangatiratanga (self determination) for Māori and was elected to Parliament as a Labour list MP in 1996 and stood down at the 2014 General Election.

Maru Nihoniho MNZM is the managing director, game producer and designer at Metia Interactive, an award-winning game development studio. She leads a team of developers that include artists and programmers. As well as designing and developing original IP she also produces 3rd party games across multiple platforms including PlayStation, iOS, Android, PC, Mac and other technologies such as Virtual Reality.
Cherie Tirikatene is CEO of BIZview and General Manager of Pentech Communications Ltd. Cherie is passionate about Maori and Pacific Island ICT development and is currently working on a platform to encourage rangatahi into this sector.
